The recipient ({Recipient}) can't receive mail from ({Sender}) because the domain ({Domain}) isn't set up correctly. The domain ({Domain}) is missing an SPF record, which is causing some messages to be rejected.

To use the tool, follow these steps.
  1. In the Office 365 Admin center, go to the Domains page.
  2. Choose the domain with an issue.
  3. Choose Fix issues next to the domain that you need to fix.
