 1. wsrmc /Set:Config /Acc /i:
       should be in valid XML format.

 2. wsrmc /Set:Config /Acc [/dbpath:] [/LogInterval:] [/dbserver:] [/dbInstance:]
      Set Configuration Information for Accounting

      /LogInterval Accounting logging time interval in minutes.
      /dbpath      Path to the volume or directory where the accounting data 
                   will be stored.
      /dbserver    Name of the Database Server where data is to be logged
                   Specify . as the value if data is to be logged locally
      /dbInstance  Name of the database Instance where data is to be logged.
                   For logging into the Windows Internal Database, WSRM#WID 
                   should be specified as Instance Name.

      Sets Configuration Information for Notification.

      /SmtpSvr   Name of the SMTP Server used for Notification.
      /MailIds   E-mail addresses (separated by ';') to send Notification.
      /EventList List of Event Ids (separated by ',') chosen for Notification. 
                 "ERROR","WARNING","INFO" keywords may be used to group the 
                 events.
                 Specify '\' to select all events for notification.
