The query blocklist is a feature that prevents attacks on your network by blocking WINS queries for specific host names that are registered dynamically by clients. This feature has caused the WINS server to fail a query for a name, %1, even though data for this WINS name exists in the WINS database. Queries for other dynamic names in the blocklist will also fail, but no event will be logged for further queries until the WINS server service on this computer is restarted.
