When adapter is added to the Management database, receive and send handlers are created for the adapter in the BizTalk group. Default BizTalk Host is initially assigned to handle adapter. When the default BizTalk Host has instances on the same BizTalk servers, this causes adapter to have multiple handlers on the server. Make sure the default BizTalk Host are not sharing any server.
