매개 변수:
      dest         - 지정한 경로의 대상 IP 주소
      mask         - 대상 주소의 서브넷 마스크
      nameorindex  - 추가될 경로가 있는 인터페이스
      nhop         - 경로의 다음 홉. 지점 간 인터페이스를
                     통과하는 경로에는 지정하면 안 됩니다.
      metric       - 경로에 대한 메트릭
      view         - 다음 값 중 하나 사용:
                    unicast: 경로가 유니캐스트 트래픽에만 유효함
                    multicast: 경로가 멀티캐스트 트래픽에만 유효함
                    both: 경로가 유니캐스트 및 멀티캐스트 트래픽 
                          모두에 유효함(기본값)

설명: 주어진 인터페이스 및/또는 다음 홉에서 비영구적인 네트워크 관리 
      경로를 추가합니다.

예:

      %1!s! 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 "가상 개인 연결"
