설명:

    지정된 프로필 집합 및 인터페이스에 대해 모바일 광대역 데이터 로밍
    제어 상태를 설정합니다.

    interface는 필수 매개 변수로, "netsh mbn show interfaces" 명령을
    실행하면 표시되는 인터페이스 이름 중 하나입니다.

    profileset 및 state는 필수 매개 변수로,
