Microsoft Dynamics NAV server is going to perform validation of all table changes and synchronize them with the corresponding SQL tables. If the validation discovers that some of the changes cannot be applied without deleting data in the affected fields or tables, it will display an error and none of the changes will be synchronized. 

If you choose not to continue, the table changes will remain unsynchronized, and the users will not be able to work with them. Depending on the number and the size of the changed tables, this process may take from several minutes to several hours.
