1. Verificare che il servizio Strumentazione gestione Windows (WMI) sia stato avviato. 2. Verificare che il ruolo Hyper-V sia abilitato nel server DPM.  3. Verificare che il servizio Hyper-V Image Management sia in esecuzione nel server DPM.  4. Verificare che il Service Pack 2 per Windows Server 2008 o gli hotfix 950050 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/950050) e 956697 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/956697) siano installati.
